After several searches in the different jewelry stores across the Twin Cities, WDD ended up being the best experience. The staff was friendly, no pressure and worked hard to find me what I wanted. I did not find anything in stock, so Klaus was very helpful in bringing in loose diamonds for me to review/select. After several weeks, I finally found the right gemstone and setting that I was looking for. Other stores want you to put a down payment for each stone you bring in to view, but not WDD. They brought in over 12 diamonds for me to look at over the course of 4 weeks which allowed me the opportunity to select the perfect stone and benchmark the quality and look against the others. Great customer service, good quality jeweler work, excellent customer follow up with me as well--making sure I was still happy with my purchase. I am and am glad I chose WDD.
Pros: Great staff, genuinely want you to be satisfied and love what you buy
Cons: More of a custom/limited inventory store so if you want a quick purchase you may have to plan a little.

Wedding Day Diamonds had a great atmosphere when I walked into the store every time. I was greeted by friendly, sincere workers that did not pressure me into looking at anything specific. I was able to look around and then start asking questions. The workers are very knowledgeable and straightforward. There is little dickering that needs to be done since they have very competitive prices. The quality of the diamonds and rings was second to none! There warranty and knowledgeable staff is what sold me on buying from Wedding Day Diamonds. I would highly recommend WDD to anyone.
