Fladeboe Honda DOES NOT honor coupons
like they advertise!
I called for an oil change on my 2010 Honda Insight and was told the cost would be $49.99 on the phone, but the service representative said they will honor a coupon from another Honda dealership. I went online and found two coupons, one for $39.99 and $45.99, both for a Honda Insight. When I called back to set up the appointment, I told them I had a coupon and amount of each. The service representative then returned after speaking with the service manager and said they lowest we can go is $49.99.
What? That's not matching other dealerships!

Stay AWAY from this Dealership!!.
Repair estimate was false/misleading/FRAUDULENT. This business attempted to make money by selling unnecessary parts/service.
I took my car in for a repair estimate and decided not to have my car repaired at this dealership. When I took it to another repair shop (where the part I needed was under warranty) I discovered that my car didn't need a new part and something had just come loose/unscrewed. This dealership attempted to STEAL at least $300 from me. In addition, I gave the estimate this dealership gave me to another repair shop and only half of what was on the estimate was actually needed.
Seriously, Protection agencies should patrol/constantly supervise/audit and/or close down this business.
Stay AWAY from this dealership!!!!!

The staff at Fladeboe are always courteous, friendly. Fladeboe Honda in Irvine has given me great service over the years. With 82,000 miles on my 2003 Honda Accord, it has now become necessary to perform required maintenance associated with the increased mileage. The Fladeboe service center has worked closely with me to perform these tasks with the minimum of cost outlay over the past months. I would like to give special thanks to my service advisor who went out of his way to explain what and why the maintenance needed to be done, and how we could accomplish the service within my budget. Also I would like to give thanks to Assistant Service Manager, who handles questions and problems in a professional and personable manner. The staff at Fladeboe are always courteous, friendly, and have made my experience a very positive one. I will continue to use Fladeboe Honda for all my maintenance needs and would highly recommend the service department. Thanks to everyone at Fladeboe Honda.

very nice and friendly and i really appriciated that. I take my car for the oil change even without the appointment and they welcome me and take care of my car. The stuff very nice and friendly and i really appriciated that alos I like the free coffee and it is really good. I like free car wash after the service.

Sam took great care of me!. Sam took great care of me! I came with my 2 children, ages 2 and 8 weeks, which was intimidating. Everyone was so accomodating with me and managing my children. I requested a car wash, and this was added on. I purchased brackets for a missing front license plate, and they put it on at no charge. I was very pleased with my experience. Sam gave me a discount for my allignment work, which prevented me from going to a competitor.

You can make your appt online or by phone, the wait is minimal, and the service consultants explain the options available to you as well as provide you with fair estimates of charges. Everyone I dealt with in the service dept were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Thank you.

excellent.. I thought Dan was great. I think a great idea to enhance our visit would be if all the sales people who are not busy came ouyt to wave goodby and good luck...just an added bonus for the customer. Sort of a "we are happy for you. " Some of them were not busy. A group good by would be a Buy-In fr life. Dan called to check on me, and was excellent.
